Withington Wild Venison

Within our estate we hunt and produce completely wild venison from our managed woodland. We have Roe and Fallow according to the seasons and subject to availability. We will not compromise our ethics by sourcing our venison from anywhere but our own estates.

You can be sure that all of our venison is truly wild, neither farmed nor from a deer park. All of our meat is professionally butchered to an exceptionally high standard and to preserve the quality and freshness is vacuum packed and frozen. This allows the meat to be kept frozen for up to a year with no loss of quality in taste or unsightly freezer burn.
